Our goal is our customers' satisfaction. Hence, we only send tracked parcels. We will send you your parcel’s tracking number as soon as it has been posted, enabling you to keep an eye on your order.
Delivery charges apply according to the weight of the item (which is shown on every product page) and the country where you wish to get delivered. Here are our charges:
– Metropolitan France and Monaco :

2,1kg to 3,9kg 13€
4kg and more 18€
-United-Kingdom, Ireland, Andorra, Austria, Danemark, Spain, Greece, Italy, Iceland, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Turkey.
20€ per order
– United States, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Canada and Russia.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within a 14 days delay from the day you receive your parcel. Refund will be refused if it is the case.
The items must not have been worn and altered. Refund will be refused if it is the case.
Contacting us before returning the items purchased is mandatory (email@example.com). Returns that have not been notified will not be processed.
Once contacted, we will give you the procedure to follow.
When returning the parcell, you will have a 5 days delay from our confirmation email to send your order back.
The buyer has up to five days to send the items. If the articles are sent outside this timeframe, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be made.
If everything is in order after receiving your items, your purchase will be refunded by the Paypal account used to pay, or your relevant card or bank account will be credited.
NB: if you ordered several items and wish to return a part of it, a €5 fee will be deducted from the refunded amount
